I found the hotel to be in a convenient spot, ideal for attending a concert. The rooms, although on the small side, provided us with a niche of privacy away from foot traffic. The service from the staff, particularly during meal times, was remarkably quick and friendly. However, the location on the west side of the building, facing a noisy air conditioner, was a significant downside.

The hotel room was cancelled as per my request and upon arrival, I found it to be tiny with no fridge. There were scuffs and brown stains on the walls, and the internet did not work properly. The TV would kick out and go to a grey screen while watching. The rooms seemed old and in need of a refresh, not living up to the price of $300 a night. It's a small space more suitable for business stays rather than for guests needing more amenities or with medical equipment.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and had nice bedding and towels. The queen-size bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was rather nice. The natural sunlight and view in the queen and double size suites added to the charm. The service exceeded my expectations, and the central location made it convenient to explore the city both by walking or using public transportation.

The dining experience was good, with excellent service, especially for lunch at Moxie. The facilities were average.
